My Artwork - Terms of Use

I know a lot of you like to use my art for content creation, and I am willing to let you use my art as you see fit for your content, HOWEVER:

✦ You cannot use on any circunstances, commissioned artwork that you did NOT pay for.
✦ You MUST credit me if you are using my art on thumbnails, edits, etc. This also applies to reposts.
✦ Only use fanart of existing media, not my original characters or any other OCs I may draw.
✦ Do not profit off of my fanart under any circunstances.
✦ My watermarks usually state if an artwork cannot be used. When in doubt, feel free to ask.

Commissions - Terms of Use

When you commission me, you agree to these conditions:

✦ Commissioned artwork cannot be manufactured/sold without my permission.
✦ You can use/edit/whatever your commission however you like, but do not claim the artwork as your own.
✦ Payment is in advance and through PayPal. Para brasileiros eu aceito Pix também.
✦ There will always be an extra +$3 due to taxes.
✦ I do not make refunds once I start working on your piece.
✦ If I have a deadline, please inform me at least a month in advance.
✦ Do not sell/mint the commissioned artwork as NFTs. I do not want to be affiliated with crypto currency. This applies to ALL of my artwork.
✦ Credits are a requirement.
✦ More than one character in a single image will raise the price accordingly.
✦ If you’d like to commission me again right after getting a finished piece, please wait so I can work on others if I happen to have some.

Detailed descriptions/stick figure drawings/reference pictures help me a lot if you’d like something specific!

I can draw:

✦ Fanart of existing media.
✦ Your OCs.
✦ Robots and Armored characters.
✦ (Most) Pokémon.
✦ Character Reference Sheets.

Negotiable:

This means I can draw it, but it's a field I do not have much experience.

✦ Detailed backgrounds.
✦ Art of real people.
✦ NSFW art.
✦ Furries and animal like characters in general.
✦ Large groups (5+ characters)
✦ Emotes and logos.

I will NOT draw:

✦ Adult/child, incest, etc ships.
✦ Heavy gore.
✦ Specific fetishes that make me uncomfortable.
